Children

Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me..."

Matthew 19:14

Our vision is to come alongside parents to help you raise your children to know and experience the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. We desire them to know and experience the love and power of God, the blessing of living in obedience to His Word, and the joy of worshipping and serving Him.

Opportunities happen throughout the year for you and your family. Watch for information on special events to build your family’s faith, such as Child Dedication, Transit Grad and Rite of Passage.

Our classes are staffed by an excellent team of volunteer teachers who have gone through an interview process and a background check and receive ongoing training to ensure we are providing your child with the best care possible. To ensure the safety of our children, we require all children who participate in our Children’s Ministries to be registered and to check in each week. Check-in kiosks are available upstairs and downstairs.

Parenting Through the Phases

Kids change and grow quickly. It’s as if they shift or move on just as you’re starting to figure them out. It all makes the responsibility to shape a child’s faith and character feel overwhelming. In a concise and interactive way, Phase Guides simplify what parents need to know about each phase of a kid’s life and give them the opportunity to discover more about their children—so they can make the most of every phase. This 18-part series is a guide for each year of a kid’s life—from birth through their emerging adult years. Created in partnership with Parent Cue, these guides are designed to help you parent your child through every year.
